Out-of-Network Coverage: If you go to an out-of-network pharmacy, you may be responsible for paying the difference between what we would pay for a prescription filled at an in-network pharmacy and what the out-of-network pharmacy charged for your prescription.

We have more than 63,000 pharmacies in our network. The plan contracts with pharmacies that exceed Medicare's requirements for pharmacy access in your area.

All benefits are available only at network pharmacies, except in case of an emergency. To receive complete benefits, network pharmacies must be used. Out-of-network pharmacies can be used in emergencies.

Formularies are updated on a monthly basis and can change during the year. The formularies were last updated on October 2007.
